Les Chaussons Rouges

Les Chaussons Rouges (Cie des Chaussons Rouges) was founded in 2012 in Brussels by tightwire artists Audrey Bossuyt and Marta Lodoli. The Cie considers circus as a visual art and offers ephemeral, sober and elegant creations that explore notions of time and space through body language.

Their current projects are “Epiphytes” and “Contemplations” - shows that explore the relationship between the visible and invisible world. They perform in both indoor and outdoor spaces and have received international recognition for their minimalist visual style.
